Brothers, we need your help. By now, you've heard the exciting news that our undergraduate chapter is moving into a Drexel-owned house on Drexel's Greek Row this fall. This will be a monumental step forward for our organization as they prepare for a critical fall recruitment.

Drexel requires all organizations to obtain an insurance policy through an alumni-managed Housing Corporation. Our Housing Corporation has been busily negotiating with insurers to find the best possible price, but insuring a fraternity house is not cheap. Policies are likely to cost anywhere from $10,000 - $15,000 annually.

The urgency at which we need to facilitate this compounds the situation. We will need to purchase the policy no later than the end of August to ensure a prompt move-in.

Thanks to those that have paid their annual dues, the Alumni Association is in a position to help cover the cost, but we have a lot of work to do.

We are asking that if you have not paid your $30 dues for 2024, please do so, and if you are in a position to contribute more for this initiative, please consider doing so.

We are aiming to raise $10,000 for this effort by August 31st. If we do not succeed, it is unlikely the chapter will be able to obtain the house. Here's how you can make your payment:
